To apply for AIIMS NORCET 8, candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university OR
- B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing

- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM)
