HVF Junior Technician Recruitment 2025 – Heavy Vehicles Factory (HVF), Avadi, Chennai under AVNL (Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited) has announced a golden opportunity for ITI pass candidates through its Junior Technician Recruitment 2025 on a Fixed Tenure Contract Basis. A total of 1850 vacancies have been released across multiple trades. This recruitment is open for Indian citizens and will be done through online mode only.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

• NAC/NTC/STC in relevant trades from NCVT/SCVT institutions.
• For some posts like Operator, Painter, Rigger, and Shot Blaster, Class 10 + 2 years experience is also accepted.

🙋‍♂️ Selection Process:

1. Shortlisting Criteria:
   • Priority to HVF & erstwhile OFB Ex-Apprentices
   • Based on NAC/NTC marks or experience for others
2. Trade Test: Qualifying (FIT/UNFIT)
3. Document Verification

💰 Salary & Allowances:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 21,000/month
• IDA: As applicable
• Special Allowance: 5% of basic pay
• Annual Increment: 3% on basic after tenure completion
• Fixed Allowance: Rs. 3,000/month for medical, insurance, transport etc.
• EPF & Gratuity as per rules
• Ex-Gratia: Rs. 10 lakh in case of on-duty accidental death
