Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2025 KOTA : Complete Guide for Online Application, Eligibility, and Physical Fitness Test- The Indian Army has released the official notification for the Agniveer Intake for Recruiting Year 2025-26 under the Agnipath Scheme. Unmarried male candidates from specific districts are invited to apply. Eligibility Criteria

Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2025 KOTA

1. Agniveer (General Duty)

  • Education Qualification: Class 10th with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and minimum 33% marks in each.
  • Age Limit: 17½ to 21 years
  • Preference: Candidates with a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license will be given priority for Driver requirements.

2. Agniveer (Technical)

  • Education Qualification: 10+2/Intermediate with 50% aggregate and 40% in each subject in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English. OR Diploma/ITI in related technical fields.
  • Age Limit: 17½ to 21 years

3. Agniveer (Clerk/Store Keeper Technical)

  • Education Qualification: 10+2 in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% aggregate and 50% marks in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12 is mandatory.
  • Age Limit: 17½ to 21 years

4. Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass)

  • Education Qualification: Simple 10th pass with 33% marks in five basic subjects.
  • Age Limit: 17½ to 21 years

5. Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass)

  • Education Qualification: Simple 8th pass with 33% marks in five basic subjects.
  • Age Limit: 17½ to 21 years

Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)

1.6 Km Run

  • Group-I: Up to 5 mins 30 secs (60 Marks)
  • Group-II: 5 mins 31 secs to 5 mins 45 secs (48 Marks)
  • Group-III: 5 mins 46 secs to 6 mins (36 Marks)
  • Group-IV: 6 mins 01 sec to 6 mins 15 secs (24 Marks)

Beam (Pull-ups)

  • 10 pull-ups: 40 Marks
  • 9 pull-ups: 33 Marks
  • 8 pull-ups: 27 Marks
  • 7 pull-ups: 21 Marks
  • 6 pull-ups: 16 Marks

9 Ft Ditch & Zig-Zag Balance

  • Candidates must qualify these tests without marks allocation.

Procedure for Online Registration

  1. Visit the official websitejoinindianarmy.nic.in
  2. Check your eligibility status and create a profile.
  3. Fill in your highest educational qualification during registration.
  4. The registration window opens from 12 March 2025 to 10 April 2025.

Examination Fee

  • Rs 250/- per category of application (plus bank charges).
  • Payment can be made via:
    • Credit/Debit cards
    • Internet Banking
    • UPI

Note: Incomplete/erroneously filled applications will be rejected.


Important Notes

  • Candidates may apply for two categories but must appear for separate exams for each.
  • Those awaiting Class 10th and 12th results are eligible to apply but must present original mark sheets during the Phase II recruitment process.
  • Candidates must enter their exact height (in millimeters) and provide accurate documents for height/weight relaxations.
