✅ Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process

For Medical Officer and Specialist Posts:

Evaluation will be based on the following criteria (Total: 50 Marks):

Evaluation Criteria	Maximum Marks
1. Subject Knowledge	10 marks
2. Research & Academic Knowledge	10 marks
3. Leadership Quality	10 marks
4. Administrative Abilities	10 marks
5. Experience (Govt/Semi-Govt – 2 marks/year)	10 marks
Total	50 Marks

For Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, etc. (Total: 100 Marks)

1. Qualifying Exam (Max: 50 Marks)

Marks obtained will be converted to 50% proportion.
Example: If scored 60% in exam → 60 × 50 / 100 = 30 marks

2. Educational Qualification Weightage (Max: 20 Marks)

B.Sc. Nursing candidates will get 20 marks proportionally.
Example: 60% in final year → 60 × 20 / 100 = 12 marks

3. Experience in Respective Post (Max: 30 Marks)

1 year = 6 marks; experience will be verified.
