PMC Recruitment 2025 – Marks Distribution Criteria
Selection will be based on a 100 marks system, divided as follows:
1. Educational Qualification – 50 Marks
- Final year percentage will be calculated and proportioned to 50 marks.
- For example, if a candidate has 60% marks:
60% of 50 = 30 marks
2. Additional Qualification – 20 Marks
- For qualifications beyond the minimum requirement:
Example: If B.Sc. Nursing is additional qualification and final year marks = 60%60% of 20 = 12 marks
3. Experience – 30 Marks
- 6 mark for every full year of experience
Maximum: 30 marks
Additional Guidelines for Experience Marks
- Experience from Government, Semi-Government, NRHM, NHM, NUHM, and local bodies will be considered.
- Certificates must be from competent authorities.
- Part-time, unpaid, or unofficial experience will not be counted.
- Experience verification is essential during document scrutiny.
