Prasar Bharati All India Radio Pune Recruitment 2025 – Regional News Unit, All India Radio (Akashvani), Pune has announced a new recruitment notification for the Casual Reporter (Marathi) post. Eligible and interested candidates residing in Pune and surrounding areas can apply for this opportunity on a casual assignment basis.

✍️ Job Details | नोकरीची माहिती

👉 Post Name / पदाचे नाव:

• Casual Reporter (Marathi) / कॅज्युअल रिपोर्टर (मराठी)

📌 Mode of Work:

• Casual / Assignment-based (Not regular employment)
• No more than 6 assignments per month

🎓 Eligibility Criteria | पात्रता निकष

✅ Educational Qualification / शैक्षणिक पात्रता:

• Graduate from a recognized university
  (मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून पदवीधर)
• Degree / PG Diploma in Journalism
  (जर्नालिझम मध्ये पदवी किंवा पदव्युत्तर डिप्लोमा)
  OR 5 years of experience in Print/Electronic Media
  (किंवा मुद्रित/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमात ५ वर्षांचा अनुभव)

✅ Language Skills / भाषिक कौशल्य:

• Proficiency in Marathi & English (मराठी व इंग्रजी भाषेचे उत्तम ज्ञान)
• Knowledge of Marathi Typing (मराठी टायपिंग)
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (कॉम्प्युटरचे मूलभूत ज्ञान)

✅ Age Limit / वयोमर्यादा:

• 21 to 50 years as on last date (20 July 2025)
  (२१ ते ५० वर्षे)

📝 Selection Process | निवड प्रक्रिया

Selection will be based on two stages:

1️⃣ Written Test – 100 Marks

• Journalism knowledge, translation (Marathi-English & vice versa)
• Minimum passing marks: 50

2️⃣ Interview – 100 Marks

• To assess radio news reporting suitability

📌 Note: Candidates who score 50 or more in written test will be eligible for interview.
