Swadhar Yojana Maharashtra: Comprehensive Guide- सामाजिक न्याय व विशेष सहाय्य विभागातील शासकीय वसतीगृहात प्रवेश न मिळालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना तात्काळ वसतिगृह सुरु करुन तेथे प्रवेश देण्यासाठी जागेची उपलब्धता व बांधकामासाठी लागणारा कालावधी लक्षात घेता मर्यादा येतात. सबब, मागासवर्गीय शासकीय वसतिगृहात प्रवेश न मिळालेल्या अनुसूचित जाती तथा नवबौध्द घटकांतील इयत्ता ११ वी, १२ वी तसेच इयत्ता १२ वी नंतरच्या व्यावसायिक तसेच बिगर व्यावसायिक अभ्यासक्रमांमध्ये प्रवेश मिळालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना पुढील शिक्षण घेता यावे म्हणून भोजन, निवास व इतर शैक्षणिक सुविधा विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वतः उपलब्ध करुन घेण्यासाठी आवश्यक रक्कम विद्यार्थ्याच्या आधार संलग्न बँक खात्यामध्ये थेट जमा करण्याकरीता शासनाने दि. ६ जानेवारी २०१७ च्या शासन निर्णयान्वये “भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्वाधार योजना” सुरु केलेली आहे.
