Eligibility and exam format for the post of Personal Assistant is as follows.

  • Graduate + 120WPM Shorthand English + 50WPM English typing + MSCIT or equivalent course.

Format of Exam

  • Part – I (40 Marks) – Dictation of two passages in English totaling 600 words in five minutes to test shorthand speed and accuracy and transcription in 35 minutes.
  • Part – II (40 Marks) – 500 word English passage to type in 10 minutes to test your English typing speed and accuracy.
  • Part – III (20 Marks) – the interview
