Eligibility Criteria:

Stenographer (Grade-3):

  • Qualification: Degree with Computer Typing Certification.
  • Speed Requirement: 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand, 80 w.p.m. in Marathi Shorthand, 40 w.p.m. in English Typing, and 30 w.p.m. in Marathi Typing.
  • Computer Certificate Proficiency.

Junior Clerk:

  • Qualification: Degree with Computer Typing Certification.
  • Speed Requirement: 40 w.p.m. in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. in Marathi Typing.
  • Computer Certificate Proficiency.

Peon/Hamal:

  • Qualification: Minimum 7th Standard pass with a robust physique.

Pay Scale:

  • Stenographer (Grade-3): Pay Level S-14 (Rs. 38,600-1,22,800)
  • Junior Clerk: Pay Level S-6 (Rs. 19,900-63,200)
  • Peon/Hamal: Pay Level S-1 (Rs. 15,000-47,600)

Application Fee:

  • General Category: Rs. 1000/-
  • SC/ST/OBC/SBC: Rs. 900/-

Examination Details:

  1. Stenographer:
  • English Shorthand Test, Marathi Shorthand Test, English Typing Test, Marathi Typing Test, and Interview (Total Marks: 100).
  1. Junior Clerk:
  • Screening Test, English and Marathi Typing Test, and Interview (Total Marks: 100).
  1. Peon/Hamal:
  • Screening Test, Cleaning & Activeness Test, and Interview (Total Marks: 50).

Syllabus:

  • General Knowledge including History, Civics, Science, Geography, Sports, Literature, Grammar, and current events.
  • Computer knowledge for Junior Clerk.
  • Screening Test details for each position.
