Application Process:
The application process for TGC-138 is online and can be completed on the official website of the Indian Army at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Follow these steps to apply:
- Register on the website if you are a new user. If you are already registered, you can skip this step.
- Fill the online registration form carefully, and after successful registration, click on ‘Apply Online’ under the Dashboard.
- Click on ‘Officers Selection – Eligibility’ and then click ‘Apply’ against Technical Graduate Course. Fill the application form with all the required details.
Selection Process:
The selection process for TGC-138 consists of two stages:
- Shortlisting of Applications: The Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) will shortlist applications and fix cutoff percentage of marks for each engineering discipline/stream without assigning any reason. The cutoff will be applied based on the cumulative percentage of marks obtained by the candidates up to the final semester/year.
- SSB Interviews: Candidates who clear the Stage-1 shortlisting will be called for Stage-2, which is the SSB (Services Selection Board) interviews. The duration of the SSB interviews is five days and will test the candidates’ aptitude, personality, and potential for leadership.
