Educational Qualification: The candidate must have a graduate degree in Science with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics as one of the subjects, or a Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate trade.

Age Limit: The candidate must be between 18 to 25 years of age as on the closing date of the application. As per gov rule age relaxation given – SC/ST- 5 Years. OBC – 3 Years PWD- 10 Years. etc.

Application Fee
The application fee for General, OBC, and EWS category candidates is Rs. 278/-, while there is no application fee for SC/ST/PwD/ESM candidates.

Salary and Job Locations

The selected candidates will be appointed at various Naval commands across India, such as the Western Naval Command in Mumbai, Eastern Naval Command in Visakhapatnam, Southern Naval Command in Kochi, and the Andaman and Nicobar Command in Port Blair. The salary for the post of Chargeman is Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400/- (Level-6) as per the 7th CPC, along with other allowances and benefits as per the Government of India rules.
